Peanut Cluster Ingredients
  • Peanuts: I used dry roasted and salted peanuts. You can use salty peanuts, unsalted peanuts, or basically whatever kind of peanuts you want as long as they’re out of their shells. You can even use completely different nuts, like almonds, walnuts, or even macademia nuts.
  • Milk Chocolate Chips: You can get creative here with your kinds of chocolate — if it will melt, you can use it in this recipe. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chocolate or vanilla almond bark or any combination of these will work to create delicious candy clusters!

How do I make 2-ingredient crockpot candy clusters?

Step 1 | Melt

Start by pouring your peanuts and chocolate chips into your crockpot. You don’t need to spray your crockpot or anything; just dump those peanuts and chips in.

Ingredients in crockpot

Place the lid on your crockpot and allow it to cook on low heat for 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate is completely melted!

Step 2 | Scoop

Once the chocolate is melted, give it a good stir with a wooden spoon. Make sure that all of the peanuts are completely covered with creamy chocolate.

Next, cover a baking sheet with wax paper. Use a spoon to drop spoonfuls of your slow cooker candy onto the paper. This recipe makes about 30.

If you want to decorate your peanut candy, you can add holiday sprinkles here.

Step 3 | Chill

Pop your cookie sheet into the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour in order to get your candy to set up. Alternately, you can leave them on the counter, but it will take up to 3 hours to get them to set up fully.

Step 4 | Enjoy!

Once your clusters are set, you can enjoy them! These are perfect on cookie plates or at holiday parties for Christmas or as a delicious treat for a sweet tooth any day of the year!
