FAQs
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3–4 days. Reheat them briefly in a skillet or microwave. The sauteed zucchini will be softer after storing, but it will still taste great.
Nope! Zucchini skin is thin and tender, so there’s no need to peel it. Just wash the zucchini, trim off the ends, and slice it.
The biggest trick is not to overcook it. Cook the zucchini just until it’s tender but still has a little bite. Using a large skillet so the zucchini isn’t overcrowded can also help excess moisture evaporate instead of steaming it as the zucchini cooks.
