This easy strawberry fudge recipe is a fun twist on traditional fudge recipes, with a natural pink color and big strawberry flavor!

3-Ingredient Strawberry Fudge

You can make this fudge right in a microwave-safe bowl! I love that this homemade fudge skips the candy thermometer and double boiler altogether! The result is a smooth, creamy fudge mixture that tastes like strawberry frosting in candy form.

With just minutes of cook time, this pink fudge is a great recipe for Valentine’s Day, parties, or a simple homemade gift idea any day of the year. If you love easy dessert recipes that look special but come together fast, this strawberry chocolate fudge is a delicious treat for any sweet tooth.

What’s in 3-ingredient strawberry fudge?

Fudge ingredients
  • Strawberry Cake Mix: You need the unprepared mix for this. Now, uncooked cake mix can contain salmonella and e. coli. This tutorial will show you how to bake out the bad stuff before using (cake mix works just like flour)!
  • White Chocolate: I recommend bars of baking white chocolate for this. Some brands of white chocolate chips (I’m looking at you, Ghirardelli) will burn instead of melt.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: This brings the sweetness and helps the fudge stick together. Don’t sub this ingredient!

FAQs

How should I store strawberry fudge?

Once set, wrap the fudge tightly with plastic wrap or store it in an airtight container. It will keep well at room temperature for short periods or in the refrigerator for longer storage.

Does this fudge contain real strawberries?

This recipe gets its strawberry flavor from strawberry cake mix, but you can add crushed freeze-dried strawberries or small strawberry pieces for extra flavor and texture if desired.

Why is my fudge too soft or sticky?

If the fudge didn’t fully set, it may need a little more time to cool to room temperature. Letting it chill in the pan lined with parchment paper helps create thicker fudge that slices cleanly.
