3-Ingredient Strawberry Fudge

Ingredients

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup strawberry cake mix, unprepared
  • 12 oz white chocolate

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and cake mix until combined.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate by microwaving in 30 second bursts and stirring in between.
  • Once white chocolate has melted, stir milk and cake mix mixture into white chocolate.
  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge into the lined dish and smooth using a spoon or spatula.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and allow the fudge to set for 3-4 hours. To speed up set time, you can place it in the fridge.
  • Cut fudge into squares and serve!
