Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle iron.
  • In a medium bowl, beat egg. Combine with cheese to make batter.
  • When iron is preheated, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spoon batter into waffle maker being careful not to overfill.
  • Close waffle maker and allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes, or until chaffle is golden brown.
  • Remove chaffles from iron. For crispier texture, allow chaffles to cool for 10-15 minutes.
