2-Ingredient Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2/3 cup yogurt
  • oil, if choosing to fry

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour and yogurt to make a dough.
  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Split the dough into 8 pieces.
  • Roll each piece, then press the ends together to form a donut shape.

To Bake

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place donut rings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

To Fry

  • Heat 2 inches of oil in a saucepan. Once it's hot, place the donut rings in the oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  • Remove donuts from oil and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.

To Air-Fry

  • Place donuts in basket of air-fryer. Air fry at 350° for 8 minutes.
