cup
self-rising flour
2/3
cup
yogurt
oil, if choosing to fry
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the flour and yogurt to make a dough.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Split the dough into 8 pieces.
Roll each piece, then press the ends together to form a donut shape.
To Bake
Preheat oven to 350°. Place donut rings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
To Fry
Heat 2 inches of oil in a saucepan. Once it's hot, place the donut rings in the oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Remove donuts from oil and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
To Air-Fry
Place donuts in basket of air-fryer. Air fry at 350° for 8 minutes.
