In a large bowl, mix flour and yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn dough out on lightly-floured surface. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
Split dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece to 1/4" (or less) thickness.
Preheat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat. Place the flatbread in the pan. Allow to cook until bubbles form on top. Flip bread and cook until both sides have golden-brown spots.
Remove from heat and place on a covered plate. Continue cooking flatbread until all pieces are cooked. Enjoy!
