sweet potatoes

self-rising flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a colander, drain the sweet potatoes. Place them in a large bowl and mash them with a fork or a potato masher.
Add self-rising flour to the sweet potatoes and stir until you get a shaggy dough.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until dough is elastic and smooth.
Pinch off small amounts of dough and roll them into balls. Place balls onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake rolls at 400° for 10-12 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
