3-Ingredient Easy Homemade Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour plus extra for kneading
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • toppings (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, greek yogurt, and 1 of the eggs. Mix until they create a sticky dough.
  • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky.
  • Divide the dough into 4 even sections. Roll each section, then shape into a circle. Pinch the ends of the circle together to create a bagel shape.
  • Place the bagels on a lined baking sheet.
  • Beat the remaining egg. Brush over the tops of the bagels. Add any topping at this point.
  • Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Bagels are done when the tops are golden and slightly hard to the touch.
