Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, applesauce, and water. Mix until batter forms.
Line a muffin pan with paper liners. Spoon batter into liners, filling each 3/4 of the way full.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and spring back to the touch. Allow muffins to cool before eating.
