Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup sparkling water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, applesauce, and water. Mix until batter forms.
  • Line a muffin pan with paper liners. Spoon batter into liners, filling each 3/4 of the way full.
  • Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and spring back to the touch. Allow muffins to cool before eating.
