In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until it forms a dough.
Form the dough into egg shapes. You should get about 18 eggs from this recipe.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips by microwaving in 30 second bursts and stirring in between.
Dip the eggs into the chocolate and use a fork to ensure that they are completely coated in chocolate.
Remove the dipped eggs and place them on a parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet, or on a wire rack. Allow them to set for 1-2 hours, or 30 minutes in the fridge.
Once the eggs are set, you can decorate them and serve!
