self-rising flour
1
cup
greek yogurt
1
tsp
minced garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a large bowl, mix flour, yogurt, and garlic with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn dough out on to a floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes, or until dough has become elastic.
Place dough back in bowl, cover with a towel, and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
On floured surface, roll dough out to 1/4" thickness. Place on parchment paper.
Top dough with favorite pizza toppings.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
