3-Ingredient Red Velvet Fudge

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup red velvet cake mix unprepared

Instructions

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate by microwaving in 30 second bursts and stirring in between.
  • Add cake mix and condensed milk and stir until mixture is smooth.
  • Line a 9x9 square pan with parchment or wax paper. Pour the fudge into the lined pan and smooth with a spatula.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and leave on the counter to set for 4-5 hours. To speed up setting time, place in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • Remove fudge from pan and cut into 1" squares.
