Ingredients
- 12 oz white chocolate
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup red velvet cake mix unprepared
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate by microwaving in 30 second bursts and stirring in between.
- Add cake mix and condensed milk and stir until mixture is smooth.
- Line a 9x9 square pan with parchment or wax paper. Pour the fudge into the lined pan and smooth with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and leave on the counter to set for 4-5 hours. To speed up setting time, place in fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Remove fudge from pan and cut into 1" squares.
