3-Ingredient Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls, or roll into 1-inch balls, onto lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake cookies at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Cookies should be slightly underbaked when removed from oven.
  • Allow cookies to develop on the pan for 2-3 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack to cool. Enjoy!
