Ingredients

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 oz bag sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and almonds. Mix until combined.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
  • Wet your hands, then roll dough into 1 inch balls, then flatten to a disk and place on lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake cookies at 325° for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.
