Ingredients

  • 2 bananas fully ripe or overripe
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a medium bowl, mash banana.
  • Add oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips and combine.
  • Line or grease a baking sheet. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Slightly flatten the tops of the cookies.
  • Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
