Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients until smooth.
Grease a skillet or griddle and preheat to medium-high heat.
Drop 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto preheated griddle.
Allow pancakes to cook until small bubbles appear. Flip the pancake. Cook until pancake is golden brown on both sides.
