Ingredients

  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients until smooth.
  • Grease a skillet or griddle and preheat to medium-high heat.
  • Drop 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto preheated griddle.
  • Allow pancakes to cook until small bubbles appear. Flip the pancake. Cook until pancake is golden brown on both sides.
