Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 boxes Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice
  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • salt and pepper (opt)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°.
  • In a casserole dish or 9x13 baking dish, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and water.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and salt and pepper, if using.
  • Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Remove from oven and uncover. Allow casserole to stand for 10 minutes.
  • Fluff rice with a fork and serve!
