Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breast

boxes
Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice

oz can
cream of mushroom soup
10.5
oz can
cream of celery soup
1
tsp
garlic powder
1 1/3
cup
water
salt and pepper (opt)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°.
In a casserole dish or 9x13 baking dish, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and water.
Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and salt and pepper, if using.
Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and uncover. Allow casserole to stand for 10 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork and serve!
