Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen hash browns with onions and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • dash hot sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare hash browns according to instructions on package.
  • Tear bacon into small pieces and add to hash browns.
  • Crack egg into skillet and scramble into hash browns and bacon.
  • When egg is cooked through, add cheese. Stir cheese into egg mixture until completely melted.
  • Place scramble on a plate and add a dash of hot sauce.
